Testa Catering is the largest caterer in Northern Santa Barbara County. Based in Santa Maria, we cater from San Francisco to the Mexican border. Testa Catering is locally owned by Martin & Debi Testa and has been voted "Best Caterer" by readers of the Santa Maria Sun for 3 years in a row! We have been selected for everything from the annual Colab dinner for 1,000 attendees in the Santa Ynez Valley, to the world-renowned Best Buddies fundraiser at the world-famous Hearst Castle. We have done multiple events for the Hearst family. We have also done all the major fundraising dinners in the Santa Maria Valley including Boys & Girls Club, Special Olympics, YMCA, and the Abel Maldonado Youth Center. We were chosen to cater for George W. Bush's private jet during the 1998 campaign on their only Central Coast stop. Testa Catering has extensive staff allowing us to handle as many as 4 to 5 events per day.

Other owner-operated foodservice locations include Testa's Bistro, a unique dining experience with a delightfully inspired lunch menu, and 2 Del Taco's located at Battles and S Broadway and the Food Maxx Shopping Center on N Broadway in Santa Maria. Testa's Campus Cuisine is a popular eating spot at Allan Hancock College.
